"A lot of disruption during the night"

I came into the ward last week, I got the ambulance over, it was slow but we got there. The staff are great, they are such amazing girls. They are always bringing me tea and coffee. The food is lovely, I've got a brilliant appetite, I eat like a horse😂

The communication is  really great, the staff are always keeping me updated on medication and treatments. The ward is marvelously clean, the cleaners are so lovely and keep the place spick and span.

The ward is so hot and we haven't got a fan, it is just far too warm. It can be very hard to sleep at night with all the noise, there was constant yelling and disruption from 7pm-3am last night which made it very hard to get some rest.

I understand the patient isn't well though, and I do feel sorry for them. The beds are really uncomfortable as well. Everything on the ward has been first class.
