My Son suffered a major foot accident. The Ambulance arrived in 8 minutes, both paramedics were very calm and reassuring. They immediately gave pain relief, took photos so they were able to assess the best hospital in the area for him. A Critical Care paramedic also came to assist. The decision was made for our son to go to Derriford, the paramedic explained where I needed to go which was so helpful. When in Derriford they stayed with our son, so they could past on all the information to each area as the injury was so severe. They made sure I was alright throughout. Fantastic care and kindness which we will always be very grateful for.
