"Getting on the system"

About: Community health and care services / Self Directed Support

(as a service user),

The best bit about this is the time and trouble that was taken by the staff to support me in getting on the system. When I finally got sorted out, I was relieved.

The system is very complex and bureaucratic, I would have preferred to deal with my regular services!
