"Polite, courteous and professional"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / West of Scotland Major Trauma Ward (ward 1c)

(as a relative),

My elderly aunt was recently admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital - Glasgow - Ward 9B and then transferred to 1C.

I had travelled from St Andrews after being informed she has been admitted to hospital.

All the staff - from the reception staff who guided me around the hospital, to the portering staff who took me to the correct ward, the nursing and hcsw staff - they were polite, courteous and professional.

They were all - just amazing.

I am a Registered Nurse myself, and it was lovey to be back home and have my Aunt cared for by an amazing group of people.

Thank You
