"Lack of communication or advice"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

I was due a review in September 2022 and did not receive any communication. telephoned haematology, would not help me, referred to secretary, said would see what can be done, result nothing, October telephoned secretary, result of call nothing, November, telephoned haematology, result nothing, referral to secretary , result we have an administration error , help = nothing

Telephoned Pals complaints, result = one blood test and appointment in March 2023, This was cancelled, received appointment in June 2023 , 8 months late but so far no blood test requests for me?. So having an appointment here is only a probability.
