(as a parent/guardian),

Unfortunately I had to take my son to ED last evening after he sustained a head injury at football. Despite the obvious pressures regarding capacity and acuity in the department, we were treated with professional ism and respect. I felt assured that my son was in safe hands. Thank you to Lorna, Tammy and Danny who assessed and treated my son’s wounds and also to Andy and Paul who provided reassurance. We are very grateful ☺️
