"I felt safe and well cared for throughout"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Day Surgery Unit Vale of Leven General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was examined by Dr. Tibbo at the Vale of Leven Hospital. She was immensely kind and gentle, as was the nurse assisting her.

I needed a general anaesthetic to continue, and it was arranged for the Royal Alexandria Hospital. 

All the staff involved, from Pre -op to recovery were professional, kind and empathic. I felt safe and well cared for throughout.
