About: Inclusion Recovery College Thurrock

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I found that being with others who are having similar experiences and being able to listen to them has helped me immensely.  This left me feeling quite hopeful and believing that good things will happen in the future.

It's lovely to hear that you enjoyed this course and had such a joyful experience amongst peers.

We would love to see you on our other courses. On the 25th May, we are running our Ways to Wellbeing: Notice, in South Ockendon.
