"Physiotherapy at Balfour"

About: Balfour Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I attended physiotherapy self referral, I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff listened to my presenting complaint before moving to treatment. The staff member was a knowledgable and skilled physio therapist who treated me appropriately and gave me advice and guidance on actions I needed to take.

Dear Mr AorB

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your story of your recent good experience at the Balfour Hospital Physiotherapy Department.

I will ensure that your kind comments are passed on to the Superintendent Physiotherapist and ask that he share them with his staff members. I am sure they will be delighted to hear that you felt you were being treated by someone who was skilled and experienced in what they were doing.

Again, thank you very much for sharing your story.

Julie Tait
