"Slow and demeaning"

Patronising, dismissive. Demand the patient to do all the leg work and openly refuse advice. I have to lie each time to get through the online booking system that otherwise keeps on advising me to attend emergency (?). Unfortunately until the GP diagnoses me I cannot use any pharmacy services or a private provider.

Dear patient. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I am Sharon, the practice manager and I am sorry to read of the disappointment you feel with the service provided. If you wish to have some help with using the E-consult service we will happily provide this for you. If you wish to know more about the services available at the practice ie the practice pharmacist, first contact physiotherapist, care co-ordinator or how we can arrange a consultation with a community pharmacist for certain minor ailments we are happy to discuss this with you. If you need to make a telephone appointment with the GP or speak to me please contact the surgery on 020 8504 0532.
