(as the patient),

I had to go due to a problem that has happened to me at first I was very nervous when I walked in not knowing what to expect I went to reception and was greeted by the lovely staff there who handed me a form to fill out which I quickly did and I had no sooner handed it in my name was being called I sat with a trainee doctor and he was very very good put me at ease I then went to see his senior who was well fantastic so all in all I must say the service and attitude of all the people including the security guard are doing a fantastic job so thank very much
