"Kept me well informed and comfortable"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived at Cannock Hospital and after a delay I was prepared for my procedure. Everyone there kept me well informed and comfortable. Katherine, the nurse that was looking after me, made sure I was up to date on everything and kept me smiling. The other ladies that bobbed in and out during my time there were all pleasant and reassuring, so a big thanks to all of them - Judy, Joanne & Stephanie, please forgive me if I have any of your names wrong. The doctor carried out my procedure quickly with little pain and the anaesthetic team kept me calm especially as I am a needle wimp. Hopefully I won’t need another procedure but I would recommend the team to anyone that does. Thanks again.
