I attended Perth Royal Infirmary , Ward 8.
Although is was my second knee replacement I was still intimidated by the prospect.
All of the staff in the ward from the moment I walked in could not have been more welcoming, reassuring and professional. They engaged with me as an individual while continuing to do all they needed to do, explaining at every step of that way.
Everybody was exemplary, as a team they worked together and were a credit to the team leader and to themselves. I knew all their names whether cleaner or senior nurse/medic. They were all outstanding and exceeded my expectations so I am not going to mention one or two individuals.
"They were all outstanding and exceeded my expectations"
