My experience up on Coronary Care has been much better than down in the Emergency Department. My time in A&E was awful - everyone was in trolleys up and down the corridor and I could get absolutely no sleep because of the sheer amount of noise.
Up on CCU it has been absolutely dead on. I have managed to get plenty of rest up here. All the staff have had a very good attitude and have been very helpful. All their explanations have also been great.
The ward itself has been very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing I could say is that the tea could be better - the coffee is alright. The bathrooms are all good, but the shaving facilities could be better.
I have no further suggestions for improvement - at the end of the day a lot of people need looked after and everything cannot be perfect.
