About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been on the trauma ward for 18 days, the nurses are just amazing they definitely work hard and deserve a pay rise. 

The cleaners are also brilliant they are friendly and do a great job. The communication with doctors hasn't been so good, they sometimes walk past my room without even coming in to tell me there hasn't been any updates, so hearing more from them would be great.

The rooms and facilities on the trauma ward are top quality.

The foods okay it is very sickening after being here for a long period of time, I've been sticking to the same two meals.

I have only recently started seeing the physio as I only got my operation there, but they were very nice and it was good to get talking to them.

Staff strive to ensure that patients feel comfortable and happy throughout their admission so it is encouraging to hear this has been the case for you. It is reassuring to know that you are happy with the facilities that the ward has to offer.
