"I felt I was rushed through my appointment as fast as possible"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I felt I was rushed through my appointment as fast as possible. All the physio wanted to do was to throw a set of exercises at me and get me off their books asap, job done. By the time I left the building I'd already forgotten the exercises they had steamed through.

No explanatory instruction sheets were offered, so I'm left to do exercises I can ill remember and in all likelihood will do incorrectly thus exacerbating rather than solving the problem.

I feel I was discounted and am no further from understanding or addressing the pain I'm in. A frustrating experience that has left me rather depressed.
