"I have been given a second chance at life"

I was addicted to heroin and on a downward spiral , I contacted CGL and was put on a methadone program and also assigned my support worker Tony who has been my “rock” through out. I am now on a methadone reduction from 60ml I’m now on 20ml daily so with Tony’s and CGLs backing, I have been given a second chance at life .

The great thing with the guys at CGL is they don’t judge you in anyway they listen to you and then put in the support as required. Tony has always been on the end of the phone when I have needed him for advice or just someone to listen.
My confidence is better along with my mental health it’s all positive and my advice is if you find yourself with an addiction and the problems that come along with that, get in touch, reach out to these guys and I promise you now it will change your life of that I can guarantee. If you're ready to make the change in your life call them now not tomorrow or next week - now, they are here to help you and they know what they are doing and can put you in touch with the relevant teams also for homelessness, gp surgery, Counselling, the whole support network.
