(as a service user),

I had an HRT telephone review from the Marnock Medical Practice Pharmicist. It was thorough, professional and called on time to my mobile. All questions were answered and they went above and beyond by reviewing my previous medication that was not part of the HRT review. I now have new in date Epipens which I hadn't checked as hadn't needed for a while....very professional and easy to use and respond to service, thank you.

I'm so pleased to hear of the support and specialist advice received from the Clinical Pharmacist. The specialist advice and in-depth support from the multi-disciplinary team is an invaluable resource in our GP Practices and so reassuring to hear of how easy it was to access this.

Our staff are always really grateful to receive comments back from their patients and even more so to hear of such a positive difference they have made.
