"Telephone numbers do not work"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I went to my doctors last week and they have given me details to refer myself to Six Degrees for therapy.

However I have been trying to ring the 2 numbers on the leaflet the doctors surgery gave me and both are not working. It just says this number has not been recognised.

I think these telephone numbers need updating on your leaflets. I am still left trying to find a working number to refer myself into the service.
