"Such an amazing and caring team"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Neurosciences (DCN) Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as the patient),

I was brought to Edinburgh Royal infirmary a week ago from forth valley, I was so anxious as it's a bit away from where I live. I am still here and I can't stress enough how brilliant my 2 ladies were who took to in ambulance from FFRH To Edinburgh thank you. I was put into ward 130 and I was treated like a queen, nothing to much bother from  the auxiliary's to the staff nurses and all the surgeons. Such amazing and caring team. This has been so hard on me due to other reasons, I remember my mum telling me when I was a kid that our NHS doesn't get noticed for all the good they do for all the bad.....Thanks so much ❤️

Dear Miss JM

Thank you so much for getting in touch through Care Opinion to let us know about your experience. I am so sorry to read about your being unwell and are still in hospital. I hope you are up and about soon.

I would dearly love to pass on your kind words to our crew who you describe as brilliant. I know your feedback would be so appreciated. As all posts are anonymous, the only way to identify the staff would be if you contacted our team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot with your name, address and date of when we attended to you. If you done this, I would be sure to pass on your lovely feedback.

From all of us here at The Scottish Ambulance Service, we wish you all the very best and get well soon.

Kind Regards

Lesley
