The nurses were so helpful, informative, kind and patient.  Charlene was especially great.  She answered all my questions and explained everything that will or could happen with the operation.  She didn’t rush me or make me fell like I was wasting her time.  A very special nurse!

Hi Eirelav

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of the pre op assessment team. Thank you so much for taking the time to send us in your opinion of your visit to the pre op assessment clinic. I am extremely proud of Charlene and all the staff as they all work extremely hard at making each patients visit a positive one. It is always lovely to hear that they are appreciated and I will pass on your opinion to Charlene as I know she will be delighted.
