About: St Michael's Hospital / Trauma & Orthopaedics (including fracture/hand clinic)

(as a service user),

I had a hydrocortisone injection in my hip at St Michael's and the whole experience was brilliant (despite having a needle shoved in my hip!). Everything ran to time, the staff were friendly and instructive. They even made me a cup of tea and fed me biscuits afterwards (plain digestives, but I'm not complaining).

Big thank-you to all the nurses, doctors and porters involved.
