"I've found it easy to talk about anything to all members of staff"

When I first moved to Bluestone, I was assigned to the Gillis Ward, which was fine because occasionally it would get quite noisy and disruptive. I'm back in here now, and it's lovely to be here. Everyone, even the other patient, and I get along well. The procedure for self-admission is excellent because it is simple to do, which was terrific for me. The staff on the ward is excellent; they are highly dependable and sociable individuals. I find it simple to ask for a cup of tea whenever I want one because I just have to do it once.

I've found it easy to talk about anything to all members of staff and they all listen which makes you feel valued when they do this, even though it might seem irrelevant it isn't. They are all good listeners and they are great at having a bit of conversation as at times it can be quite boring so it’s nice to get talking to all the staffs. It has all been very helpful and positive.
