"Friendly nurses"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was transferred from Daisy Hill hospital, when I arrived I came straight to the trauma ward. The staff are brilliant, they are so friendly and we have had good craic the past few days. The communication with doctors isn't great, you hardly see them, but with the nurses it has been good. The ward is laid out well, I've so much room and having your own bathroom is great. The food is also lovely.

Hi,

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am delighted to hear that you have had such a positive experience so far and that you are happy with the ward and its facilities. It is encouraging to hear that the staff have been so friendly and brilliant. It is reassuring that the nurses have been communicating well with you, myself and the staff understand how important this is to patients.

I wish you well and a speedy recovery.

Best wishes,

Rachel
