About: South West Acute Hospital / Maternity care South West Acute Hospital / Neonatal intensive care unit

(as a service user),

I have attended the maternity ward to have both of my children over the last 2 years, sept 2021 and just now April 2023. The staff on the maternity ward were amazing for both visits and kept me at ease throughout, they could not have done enough for me. 

I was only in overnight for our daughter but the service was still fantastic, this time I have been here for a week and the staff on both maternity and neonatal have provided all physical and emotional support to me, my husband and our son 💙

I cant thank them enough for helping our wee man
