About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Xrays and Scans

(as a service user),

Praise is deserved for the person who mans the central booking office for CT scans in Greater Glasgow and Clyde. I’ve had to contact her a few times in the last week or so to clarify a booking, & each time I’ve phoned she has been courteous, pleasant, I flustered and keen to help. Back room staff often get no feedback, but I’d like her to have some recognition for her skills - well done

Your right that our admin staff don’t always get the recognition they deserve, so thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am glad that each time you phoned the staff member has been courteous and pleasant, and keen to help. I have asked the Service Manager to forward your comments to the team.

I wish to thankyou for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback. As Operational Services Manager and manager of all the admin staff within Imaging I can say this is really appreciated. I was pleased to hear that you have had such a positive experience when contacting our services and hope this continues and that your scan goes well. I can advise that I have shared your feedback with the CT CBO team who all really appreciated this as you are correct that admin staff do not always get the recognition they deserve. Please note that I was unable to identify the specific individual so I shared with all of the team. It has certainly given staff a lovely morale boost so thankyou once again.
