"Rheumatology referral to physio"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Rheumatology Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as a service user),

Some months ago Dr Else, consultant rheumatologist, referred me to physio.

After a bit of a wait I was seen by Mr Chan at Falkirk District Hospital.

Mr Chan gave me exercises to do and after a couple of sessions suggested I attend an NHS pilot exercise class.  A few weeks later he also referred my to an Active Forth gym programme.

Now after approximately 4 months the programme has made a massive difference to my movement, fitness, balance and reduction in pain.

A big shout out to Dr Else, Mr Chan and all the staff and instructors at Active Forth.  Thank you.
