About: Virtual Wards / Frailty Virtual Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was looked after by the virtual ward, they kept me informed and asked me questions about my health. It was nice to have these phone calls and reassuring to know I had a number to call if I needed to. It was very helpful. Everyone I spoke to were so pleasant and sociable. Thank you for your support
