Several chair yoga sessions, 30 mins each. Enjoyable and manageable exercises clearly explained and illustrated. Helped re flexibility. I looked forward to each session. They were gentle chair based exercises.

Dear Matarth83,

My name is Máire Alexander and I am that Patient and Client Experience Manager within the Belfast Trust.

I want to thank you for taking the time to tell us your story and how the chair yoga sessions were beneficial to you. It's great to hear that you looked forward to them, it's real credit to the team that you found them enjoyable.

I have been trying to locate the service that arranges them, but haven't yet found the appropriate manager to pass your kind words on to, but please know that I will continue to try and identify the staff involved.

I hope that you have continued with the exercises and are continuing to feel the benefit of the programme.
