(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

i have been in 3 north for a week now. The staff have been incredible, looked after me well and always have time to attend to my needs or answer any questions. Moreover, they keep my family at home well updated and communicate clearly.

The virtual visiting service has been a blessing, my iPad doesn't seem to work in hospital so I have been really thankful that I have been able to keep in touch with home, it is a brilliant idea.
