Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback relating to the PCS service. We welcome all feedback as it helps guide any potential changes made to improve the service.

I am sorry to hear that fatigue and tiredness are still having an impact on your life.

The group rehab programme which you attended, provides education at an introductory level into the topic of post covid fatigue and the strategies recommended to help manage this symptom. For some service users, this level of information is sufficient to help them implement changes in their daily routine and establish a baseline, thus improving their fatigue. However, we are aware that others may need further education and guidance. This is why we offer service users the opportunity to attend follow up sessions with any of our professionals on a one to one basis following completion of the group.

If you have indicated that you would like to avail of this opportunity, a member of the team will be in contact as soon as an appointment becomes available. Given the high demand on the service, we would appreciate your patience whilst waiting on an appointment.
