(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have suffered a severe cut to my finger this morning prepping the Easter dinner. I have came in here as I know that I will be definitely needing stitches. I got speaking to the practice nurse who, along with the doctor I am bandaged up at the moment but have to wait for the doctor to see it before I can leave. 

The staff have been highly efficient, the reception staff are also very kind as they were able to direct me on where I needed to go. I felt comfortable and well cared for by the professional, experienced, and efficient team.

Thanks to their excellent care, I hope that my finger will heal well.
