Anything else?
For two days I have attempted to enquire after a friend without positive result. On day one I repeatedly called, when after considerable delay, I finally got through to the reception, I was then diverted by reception to Patient Enquiry where the calls remained unanswered and in fact timed out. On day two I managed to speak to Patient Enquiries and was put through to Gate 4. where the same thing happened i.e. the call timed out unanswered. This is clear evidence of under manning at best. A state of affairs that requires rectifying. I cannot visit if I do not know where my friend is. I cannot access that information if no one answers the phone. An explanation would be appreciated asap Regards, John.
