I arrived into Sliverwood a few weeks ago and I have to say even though I was reluctant in coming in here, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
My niece was very good as she was able to help me with my admissions,
When I came in I felt welcomed by the staff, I got the sense that actually it does feel quite comfortable here. I like how the ward is quite modern as it brings more of a homely vibe to it.
The cleanliness of the ward is very good the cleaners are always in and out of my room as the beds are changed daily and toilets are always kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
The meals I have been receiving have been very good can’t complain about it as it’s like something you would be served at a hotel, brilliant!
Staff are always catering for our needs if we would like help with something they are there to help us.
I do feel comfortable around staff and they always tells us that they are always up for a chat which in my opinion makes me feel supported by them.
