"Inappropriate system"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a relative),

6 times we were cut off, each time after 15 minutes, whilst on hold. A lady in her seventies in excruciating pain.

I feel it is an inappropriate system and a disgusting process and am not surprised the A&E departments are overrun

Still not been able to get through to NHS 24 , will have to call 999 to access any out of hours medical advice.
