About: Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

Vertigo, nausea, losing hearing, tinnitus, literally losing my ground, and above all, I am caring for an autistic child. GP tried all medication and sent an urgent referral to ENT in Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy.  They told me that despite that referral the waiting time is 42 weeks!  For an urgent situation as is mine right now!

I told them that I need to speak with the clinician but that is impossible because they are unreachable. Disgrace, sadness, feeling unworthy and not treated as a human being.  Where is humanity in them I am not asking for privileges but for help. I'm so left alone and my family together with me. Shame on you people, shame on you.
