"We can’t speak more highly of their care"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

We would like to thank crew members Richard and Tim for their care of my Nanny recently. They showed compassion and communicated clearly with us as family, their decision making skills that morning meant that my Nanny was rushed to AAH were they were able to provide further treatment. We can’t speak more highly of their care and without it my Nanny would not be back home with us.

Good afternoon april8499

I am grateful to you for taking the time to share your experiences of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. It is very much encouraging to hear of the highest professionalism of the paramedics who attended the call towards your grandmother that seen ease and calmness brought to what is a very stressful situation. Equally, the communication of the paramedics to make aware the actions that where going to be taken so that your grandmother could be treated in the best possible way. I would be very much happy and see great benefit in sharing your story with the paramedics (Richard and Tim) who were involved on the day, in order to do this could I request the following information:

Date and approximate time of the incident

The address the ambulance was dispatched to

If you are happy to share this information I can be contacted at:

I wish your grandmother the best with her recuperation.
