"So thank you again to everyone in ward 72"

I would just like to give praise to the staff of ward 72 in the glasgow royal infirmary, particularly midwife Lynn (I believe that was her name) and Emily. The care they gave me during my short stay there was second to none, and really gave me confidence in the maternity services (after a not so great experience a few months ago) that myself and my baby boy will be cared for.

Not only was I cared for amazingly by these two midwives but my family were also welcomed and took care of. I know everyone is stretched thin and tired but these ladies where such a credit to themselves and their ward (I hope the senior charge nurse sees this). I also want to highlight the student midwives, domestics and auxiliary nurses who also were so kind during my stay, a smile and a simple conversation goes such a long way. So thank you again to everyone in ward 72, I hope you enjoyed the sweeties I left.
