(as a service user),

When my partner went into labour and we were advised to attend the birthing unit. We arrived at about 430pm.  We were seen and assessed immediately and quickly moved into the birthing unit.  From the moment we walked in the midwives and support workers were incredibly professional, kind and hugely supportive.  We were looked after supremely well and it really felt like a 5 star experience.

Everyone there was attentive, the facilities were very clean and modern and the team there are a real credit to their profession and to the hospital.

Thank you for taking time out to write this review at a time when you are busy with your new family.

We do every thing we can to keep our families at the centre of every thing we do. The staff will be so happy to hear that you felt cared, well supported and looked after whilst you were in our care.

I will pass your thoughts to the staff involved as this will give them a much needed boost at this difficult time.
