"Mental health care complaints procedure"

About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Community mental health team outreach

(as a service user),

After making a complaint to Patient Affairs, it took six weeks for the outcome of a stage-two complaint, which should be dealt with within 20 days. They did not answer my complaint.

I put it back to Patient Affairs, who put it back to service managers. On the original response it said my medical records had be fully examined, so how come it is now taking another full stage-two complaint procedure to get the answers I requested in my initial complaint if they have already investigated my records?

I believe the reason is simply to keep me tied up in the complaints procedure in the hope I go away.
