About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Apprehensive about the procedure.  The wonderful nurses in the unit were so caring, attentive and with me all the time from first entering the unit until I was collected at the end. Special thanks to Lorna, Elaine, Annette, Jillian and Michele at the Vale of Leven, Alexandria for such kindness during and after my procedure.

A true credit to the NHS.

I can fully understand your trepidation prior to attending your appointment. Attending hospital can be daunting at the best of times so to hear you felt fully supported by the staff from the minute you walked through the door was very comforting.
