About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I had two examinations. Arrangements for both were complete and seamless. Teams doing preparatory and after test procedures, and teams doing tests were reassuring, considerate, professional, and above all, caring at all times. The direct results feedback was so patient focused- almost unique! My second test was conducted (with consent) by senior nurse endoscopist (in training) Clare - her skill and attitude inspiring confidence in this training development. I felt very positive about the whole experience. Congrats to the VOL.
