"My experience has been very reassuring"

My experience has been very reassuring and I would recommend this Unit (Bluestone Bronte Ward)  to any person who is in need of this treatment, as someone who suffers with very severe anxiety and panic attacks I felt coming here has really helped me cope with everything and get the medication and treatment I need. I just cant single out one person as they are all just fantastic from the cleaners right to the consultants everyone treats you with dignity and respect.

Another nurse, Niamh when I first arrived ensured a seamless approach & a full handover to Rachel the nurse who completed her paperwork upon admission to the ward everything was done so simple and there was no wait at all. All the staff were amazing at lending a hand when it is need any time i have asked for something they have just gone and done it their kindness is the main reason why i was able to settle in. The care has continued to be of a very high quality from when i arrived till now. Thank you. You all made an incredibly hard time slightly easier and I am forever grateful.
