Anything else?
Recently, I accompanied my sister, Patricia, to the A and E unit in Hereford Hospital, where she was treated for a fracture. As a former nurse, who has lived abroad for the past 40 years, I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed not only by the high standard of care, but by the patience, friendliness and professionalism of the staff on duty, both in the A and E and on Teme ward. Having always been aware of the public and private criticism of the NHS , my experience was heartwarming and has confirmed my opinion that British nursing is the best! I would like to express my sincere thanks to all concerned, and hope that my comments will make them aware that their work is very much appreciated.
"A heartwarming experience"
