About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

We are always quick to criticize and often slow to praise.

I attended the Endoscopy Unit at Perth Royal Infirmary (PRI) for a flexible sigmoidoscopy... not the most pleasant of procedures.

I would like to pass on my thanks to everyone involved in my care. Sara, Charlie [the student nurse], Cathy, Suzanne, Steph and Catherine. Special thanks to Josie who runs this happy, friendly, efficient and well-oiled department. From admission to discharge I felt respected, valued and cared for.

This department is a shining example of how good our NHS is. Long may it continue.
