I have worked with Debbie for a few months now and she has, from the start, always listened to me and how i felt on the day of which we have had our phone calls. Debbie, has given me guidance and advice on my current employment situation, which has given me courage to deal with it, more so than when it started. Debbie was always there for me to update and offload too, but always kept me on track with what the situation can mean for me with offering me direction to consider for my own well being.

Alongside this, Debbie has also allowed me to gain the confidence to gain new employment after going through a rough year in my life. With her help of finding job roles and aiding me with applications, i have now been offered a fabulous new role and i am looking forward to starting a new challenge in my life, which i never would of thought i would of been able to do 6 months ago.
