About: East Antrim / Home Care East Antrim Social Work / Social Work - Larne

(as a relative),

My in-law's care package has been missed 3 times now.  Whilst they can still call us to let us know they have missed meds or a meal, it’s worrying.  

I have called connected health, their provider, and also their social work team at the beeches in Ballyclare, and have had no response from either.  I now don’t know who to turn to!
