About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

I attended Wishaw General Hospital for day surgery.  Right from the outset, the staff were very welcoming, made you feel at ease and took the time to reassure you.  Everything was well organised and the ward is very clean and every step was taken to ensure your privacy.  Also,  everything was explained to me very clearly by nursing staff, anaesthetist and surgeon.  A very positive experience.
