About: Highbury Hospital / AHP Inpatient Highbury (Maples)

(as a service user),

When I arrived at Highbury I was severe with anxiety and self harming because of my thoughts. I believe that since I have had my relaxation sessions and breakfast group just always talking to me when on ward even if it's not due for me. 

Thank you so much as now I have twice been in a public place and now wanting to get into more activities.

PS, Eileen is amazing, she just gets me and always understood me and just felt natural.
