"Please Thank everyone on my behalf"

About: Central Middlesex Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had to have for a biopsy done at CMH ACAD section. Each time I got there my heart beat shot up to 115+ (due to fear of hospitals).

After 2 visits they recommended I have the biopsy done under general Aesthetic. I was given an appointment for mid march.

The reason for writing this email is to say thank you to everyone involved in treating me on the day. The surgeon, the nurses, the anaesthetist, the ward nurses and the theatre team. Everyone did their best to assure me that I would be fine and I felt they meant it.

Just before the operation 2 theatre nurses  held my hand and assured me I will be fine. This really meant a lot and enabled me to face the operation successfully. It's sad I can't remember all the names but please pass my special thanks to everyone that helped me yesterday and also the staff and the doctors from the 2 previous appointments.

I really wish I had written their names down and thanked them personally in this email.

I remember Bhavna who made a lot of effort to assure me I will be fine while I was waiting.
